GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information for Hotel Guests:
1) Pets are not allowed.
2) Swimming pool:
- The Bunker Pool (swimming pool at hotel block), Fun Pool & the Olympic pool are open for Hotel guest use & do not require any booking. Open daily 7.00am to 9.00pm
 - On weekdays, ALL swimming pools are on the first come first served basis, no reservations required. Guest is required to register at the sports counter.
 - On weekends (Sat-Sun), the Fun Pool and Olympic Pool are available to Hotel guests from 3.30pmto 9.00pm on a first come first served basis. No reservations required. Guest is required to register at the sports counter. 
 
Hotel Management Rules
- Applicants must be aged 18 years and above to check-in.
 - Night silence should be followed from 10pm to 6am.
 - Pets are not allowed within the premises.
 - Hotel guests are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering the Golf course.
 - Orchid Country Club will not be liable for any injury, damages or fatality in any way due to non-compliance.
 - All unmanned aircraft operations such as drones, are illegal and are not allowed within the club premises.
 - Guests who are caught flying their UA within the premises, will be subjected to disciplinary actions by the club.
 - The Management shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by occupants during their stay or while using the facilities of the Club.
 - Gambling, mahjong, any kind of gatherings, functions, parties, decorations, gate-crash, caterings, BBQ & cooking are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in or outside the Room not allowed inside or outside the Hotel Rooms.
 - A PENALTY OF $500 + prevailing GST WILL BE IMPOSED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.
 
Upon Check-in
- Check-in time 3:00pm onwards & Check-out is by 12:00pm.
 - All guests are required to check-in personally and present their physical NRIC/Passport (By regulation 27(1) of the Hotels Licensing Regulations for registration upon check-in).
 - Parking label is to be collected at the hotel reception upon check-in.
 - Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival and is chargeable at $15++ per every hour earlier than 3pm.
 - Late check-out is subject to room availability on the check-out date and is chargeable at $15++ per every hour later than 12noon.
 - Earlier than 8am will be chargeable at additional 1 night stay. Later than 6pm will be chargeable for as additional 1 night stay.
 - Only the person whose name is indicated in the reservation will be allowed to check-in.
 - No authorization is allowed unless otherwise stated in black & white and/or acknowledged between the hotel and the booker.
 - A refundable security deposit of $200 by cash, NETS or credit card is required upon check-in.
 - Any miscellaneous charges incurred due to thorough cleaning, stained or damaged linen, in-room smoking violation or replacement of property due to damages, will be deducted from the deposit.
 - The official receipt, credit card slip and identity card of the applicant must be presented to the Front Office cashier upon claiming of refundable deposit.
 - The Management reserves the right to vary the deposit, rental and other rules & regulation at any time it deems fit.
 - The Management reserves the right to refuse check-in and/or evict any guests that infringes on the rules and regulations (rude, rowdy, misbehaving, no payment, noise disturbance, etc.).
 
Room Regulations
- Room Occupancy
- Deluxe Room maximum occupancy: 3 guests, including children.
 - Deluxe Family Room maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including children
 - Deluxe Suite Room maximum occupancy: 5 guests, including children.
 
 - No further visitors are allowed beyond the maximum occupancy. Relevant authorities will be notified and strict actions will be taken against non-compliance of the above.
 - Do not move beds from the original arrangement. A surcharge of $50++ will be imposed for rearrangement of beds.
 - All rooms (including the balconies) are strictly non-smoking. Kindly proceed to the designated smoking area located near the hotel driveway.
 - Unauthorized fixtures, electrical wiring or install any private audio / visual equipment, rental of tables and chairs from outside vendors are strictly not allowed.
 - The Management will not in any way be liable for any loss /or damage to the Guest's belongings in the hotel room or any other part of the hotel.
 - Safes are provided in each room and guest may also deposit valuables at the hotel reception.
 - Any perishable item/s left by guest in the room upon check-out will be discarded immediately.
 - Any non-perishable item left by guest in the room upon check-out will be kept by the hotel until owner’s retrieval. All unclaimed items will be discarded after 2 months.
